Nadiun Ohoidertawun
This long white sandy beach is located 12 km or 20 minutes drive from Tual in Ohoidertawun village.There is a cave with stalagtit and stalagmit inside and some old unexplained and unusual painting. Wildlife enthusiasts should head to this island. Its unspoilt flora and oastline are heaven for birdslife, while its traditional villages are wonderful to explore. A beautiful panorama of Taman Sos on the right and Kelapa island on the left could be seen when a boat approaching Elat, the capital of Kei Besar island.
Tanimbar Kei
Tanimbar Kei village is located on Tanimbar Kei island with 505 inhabitants. The Tanimbar Kei islanders are the most traditional in the archipelago and maintain a partial belief in spirit. Many of the ritual words are still used in various ceremonies. It could be reached within 2 hours from Tual with a long boat.There is several traditional houses on this island. They preserve their original culture which make the village unity strong although they have different religion. There is also an old stair way to the hill where one can see the beautiful scenery.
